Explosive Allegations Rock Indian Democracy: A “Vote Theft Factory” Uncovered, Chief Election Commissioner Implicated in Cover-Up

New Delhi, India – A chilling narrative of electoral manipulation is unfolding across India, as a prominent opposition leader has unveiled what he dramatically labels a Vote Chori Factory – a systematic, centralized operation allegedly targeting millions of voters and jeopardizing the very foundation of Indian democracy.

The revelations come with a direct and unprecedented accusation against the Chief Election Commissioner of India, Gyanesh Kumar, whom the opposition leader claims is actively “protecting the people who have destroyed Indian democracy” .

The startling claims were laid bare with “100% bulletproof proof,” presented as “black and white, absolutely clear” evidence.
This, the leader asserts, is not merely an isolated incident but a “system” and “structure” that has been in operation for “10-15 years” and has “hijacked” India’s democracy .

The Web of Deception: A Look Inside the “Deletion Files”

The investigation, dubbed “The Deletion Files,” details a sophisticated scheme of adding and deleting votes across multiple states, primarily targeting communities perceived as voting for the opposition – Dalits, Adivasis, Minorities, and OBCs .

The heart of the alleged operation was dramatically illustrated through a case in Karnataka’s Aland constituency. Here, a “coincidence” reportedly blew the lid off the scheme .

A Booth Level Officer (BLO) discovered her own uncle’s vote had been deleted .
Her investigation led to a neighbor who claimed no knowledge of deleting any vote, revealing that “some other force hijacked the process and deleted vote” .

Further scrutiny of the Aland case exposed deeply troubling patterns:

  • Impersonation and Automation: A staggering 6,000 to 6,068 applications were filed in Aland, impersonating voters, but the actual individuals never filed them . Evidence suggests this was done “automatically using software” .
  • Out-of-State Connections: Mobile numbers from outside Karnataka and different states were used for these deletions. Some numbers were from states like Tamil Nadu or Jharkhand, operated from locations like Delhi or Gurugram, and often did not respond when called .
  • Targeted Strikes: The deletions were “specifically targeting booth where the Congress party was winning,” impacting strongholds where the party won “eight out of ten booths” in the 2018 elections . This was “not a coincidence” but a “planned operation” .

Faces of a Fictitious Operation

Several individuals were brought forward to illustrate the brazen nature of the alleged fraud:

  • Godabai: Someone created fake logins and “attempted to delete 12 voters” under her name. Godabai herself had “no idea” this was happening .
  • Suryakant: Purportedly responsible for “12 voters in 14 minutes,” filling 12 deletion forms . Yet, when confronted, he stated, “I don’t know, I’ve never sent a message…I never called anyone” . He was on stage with Babita Chaudhary, one of the individuals whose vote was supposedly deleted by him, both denying any knowledge .
  • Nagaraj: Two applications were filed and submitted in a mere “36 seconds.” Even more bizarrely, these filings occurred at “4:07 in the morning” .

A crucial piece of evidence pointing to a centralized, automated system was the observation that the “serial number one” voter in each booth was consistently selected as the applicant for deletion, indicating a software program was at work .

The Chief Election Commissioner Under Scrutiny

The most explosive accusation centered on Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.

The opposition leader asserts that the CEC is actively “protecting the people who have destroyed Indian democracy” .

The basis for this grave accusation lies in the stonewalling of an ongoing investigation by the Karnataka CID.

  • The CID has sent “18 letters in 18 months” to the Election Commission of India (ECI), requesting crucial information to trace the origins of these deletions .
  • The requests were simple: “Give us the destination IP from where these forms were filled,”
“give us the device destination ports,”
“and most important, give us the OTP trails” .

However, the ECI has allegedly provided “no answer” or only “incomplete details” that “don’t fulfill any of the demands” and “won’t lead the investigation anywhere” .

“This is absolute solid proof that Gyanesh Kumar is protecting the people who are doing this,” the opposition leader declared .
“The Election Commission of India knows who is doing this” .

A National Threat: “Same System, Same Model”

The alleged “vote theft factory” is not confined to Karnataka. Similar operations have been identified across the country:

  • Maharashtra (Rajura): The “same model,” the “same system” was employed, but instead of deletions, 6,850 targeted voters were added . Names like “JW JW JW JW” and addresses like “Sasti Sasti Sasti Sasti” from previous presentations reappear, indicating identical patterns .
  • Similar instances have been reported in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (UP) .

“The same system that is doing this, it’s doing it in Karnataka, it’s doing it in Maharashtra, it’s done it in Haryana, it’s done it in UP,” the opposition leader emphasized, stating, “we have proof to follow it” .
He further asserted, “the one who is deleting, the one who is adding in Maharashtra, in Karnataka, in UP, is the same person, the same force” .

An Ultimatum and a Call to Action

In a powerful challenge to the ECI, the opposition leader issued an ultimatum:

“The EC has to release this data of these phones, this OTPs, within a week” .

Failure to do so, he warned, would unequivocally confirm that “Gyanesh Kumar is protecting the people who are destroying and attacking the Constitution” .

He clarified that his role as an opposition leader is not normally to protect democracy but to participate in it.

“Institutions are not doing it,” he said, “so I am.”

He also revealed a significant development:

“Information has started coming to us from within the Election Commission itself. This was not happening before. Now information is coming from within the Election Commission. This will not stop; it cannot stop” .

Finally, he urged the youth and people of India to recognize the severity of the situation:

“Your jobs, your future, your aspirations all come from this instrument, and the Chief Election Commissioner Mr. Gyanesh Kumar is not telling the CID of Karnataka who is doing this” .

He concluded with a stark warning:

“Democracy can only be saved by the people of India” .

The nation now awaits the ECI’s response, as the clock ticks on the demand for transparency and accountability in the face of these grave allegations that threaten the core of India’s democratic process.
